Dotykacka/DotyPOS is headquartered in Prague and the market leader in POS / Electronic Cash Register producer and provider based on its SaaS business model. Dotykačka is operating in 4 countries at present including Czech, Poland, Slovakia and Germany and is expanding into more geographies. Its application has been translated into 12 languages. To-date, over 66,000 users have downloaded it onto their device from GooglePlay, and this number continues to grow. At present, the Dotykačka application has nearly 12,000 active users.
Based on the assignment with Dotykacka/DotyPOS Owner, the redwood capital, and Dotykacka board we have been supporting the company in finding the right co-investor. As second part of our assignment we have successfully helped Dotykacka/DotyPOS to find the appropriate business partner / acquirer for their payment and acceptance. We have supported the company negotiating the commercial and general T&C and signing the partnership agreement for a multicounty cooperation
